Our Boston Awesome Project Overview     Our Boston Awesome project is about endangered marine animals. The animals we researched are sea turtles, seals, and whales. The Woods Hole Science Aquarium aids turtles, seals, and whales who are in need of help. The aquarium also conducts research on marine animals off the U.S. East Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, and in the Caribbean and Great Lakes.   The Woods Hole Science Aquarium cares for injured animals before releasing them back into the ocean. At the aquarium, there are tanks in which the animals live. One can read the animals’ stories and become educated about their predators, human activities that harm them, and about their lives in the wild.
